This integration allows you to create registries in EnvyCrm. These registries will be automatically updated in EnvyCRM with data from the chats or calls such as names, emails or phone numbers. We will also keep the history of emails and call records in the Comment.
To integrate EnvyCRM, open your JivoChat application and go to Manage > Integrations and click on Envybox.
After that, the connection page will open and you will need to fill in the following fields:
1.API key. In EnvyCrm go to Settings > Integration > API, then click the button ‘Get API Key’.
2.Integration name. The name that will be displayed in the list of connected integrations. Any name will suffice.
3.Select channels for this integration. Click to open the list of available channels and select the ones to enable this integration.
Hit the Connect button and you are all set.
Done! The integration will be connected and you will receive data from JivoSite into your CRM. After connecting, the integration will appear in the ‘Connected integrations’ list, where you can change its settings and view the event logs.
