Is the bot configured in the Jivo app?
The chatbot is fully customizable on the side of our partners: Chatme, Plantt, Aimylogic and JAICP.
Will the agent see the user’s correspondence with the bot?
The agent will see the dialog when the bot finishes the conversation, or when the client asks to transfer the chat to an employee. Up to this point, messages do not get into the Inbox.
